Matthew is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Specializing in cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting, Matthew has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Steve is a Senior Contracts Manager with over 30 years of experience in overseeing complex construction projects. Skilled in risk management, and project delivery, Steve ensures that all contracts are managed efficiently, meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements. With a strong background in project coordination, Steve excels at leading teams, maintaining quality standards, and mitigating risks to keep projects on track and within budget. Known for a strategic, solution-focused approach, Steve is committed to fostering successful client relationships and achieving project goals.

With 25 years of experience as a Senior Manager, Director, and Consultant, Rob specialises in driving profitability through targeted sales growth and the implementation of effective quality and environmental management systems, policies, and procedures. Most recently, Rob has been working as an independent consultant, providing ISO Quality Management Systems expertise to a diverse range of companies.

Jemma is a versatile professional with a strong background in administrative and office management. Skilled at handling day-to-day office operations, managing schedules, and supporting teams, Jemma ensures smooth office functionality.
